The San Diego Toreros could not get it done against the Saint Mary’s Gaels on the road, but followed up that loss with a mini-upset of the Pacific Tigers, knocking off the Tigers by a score of 70-55.
The Toreros caught fire from behind the arc against Pacific, connecting on 56.3% of their 3-point attempts. Nick Kerr contributed to a lot of that, going 4 from 6 from behind the arc in the win.
San Diego will host Portland and Gonzaga on Thursday and Saturday respectively this upcoming week.
