This past week and a half: W vs. Houston Baptist
Pepperdine was in action only once this week, and the Waves defeated Houston Baptist by 12 points.
The Waves got off to a slow start, and was trailing to Houston Bapist by a score of 34-31. However, the stellar play of Stacy Davis and Brendan Lane (42 points and 21 rebounds combined) helped push the Waves over the edge.
Pepperdine heads into conference play with a 7-5 record, and a marquee victory at UC Irvine.
