No. 2 – Kevin Bailey (Portland)
Preseason Rank: NR

Junior Kevin Bailey came into the season with high expectations. Portland was looking to exceed preseason projection, and Bailey was seen as the most dynamic player on the roster. Bailey had a solid season averaging 16.5 points per game, but he missed the final 8 games including the loss to Pepperdine in the WCC Tournament due to a calf injury. Portland dropped 6 of those 8 games. Bailey still has room to improve but his impact is not hard to see. Hopefully Bailey can get back to full strength before the 2014 season starts, because with Ryan Nicholas moving on, Bailey will be seen as a go-to player for the Pilots.
