Santa Clara wrapped up it’s up and down season this weekend with two games that epitomized their season: a loss at last place LMU and a win at top-half Pepperdine. The Broncos now move their attention towards the WCC tournament and Pacific, who they split the season series with. Jared Brownridge broke the school record for most points by a freshman in a season and a game by scoring 38 at Pepperdine this Saturday. He looks like he will try his best to carry this team as far as they can, and they look forward to a potential quarterfinal matchup with Gonzaga, who beat them at the buzzer in Santa Clara this year. If they can hang with the Tigers and the Zags down low, they are an extremely dangerous team heading into this weekend.
