On senior night, one of Gonzaga’s most faithful seniors shined.

Sam Dower had a monster game for the Bulldogs against LMU, scoring 25 points and grabbing 15 rebounds to lead the Zags over LMU by a score of 86-67.

Kevin Pangos, Gary Bell Jr. and Przemek Karnowski joined Dower in double figures with 17, 14 and 11 points respectively. David Stockton dished out 5 assists to lead the Bulldogs – a typical performance from him on his senior night.

The Lions were led by Anthony Ireland, who dropped 23 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and had 5 assists in the loss. A pair of freshman – Evan Payne and Gabe Levin – joined Ireland in double-figures with 17 points. Payne and Levin were fearless tonight, displaying the bright future in the LMU men’s basketball program despite their recent struggles. Nick Stover snagged 6 rebounds to lead the Lions in that category.
