This past week and a half: W vs. American, L vs. South Carolina, L vs. Hawaii, L vs. George Mason

Hawaii is considered paradise for most of its visitors, but it sure was far from it for the Gaels.

At the Diamond Head Classic, the Gaels finished dead last, losing three straight games to South Carolina, Hawaii and George Mason – three teams the should beat.

Saint Mary’s will look to regroup during conference play, even though their head coach – Randy Bennett- will be suspended due to sanctions handed down on the program during the offseason.

Making light of the situation, the Gaels can still hold their hats on a road win at Boise State this season.
