The Tigers had arguably the most impressive resume this week. Pacific went into Logan, Utah on Saturday and took down a very tough Utah State team by a score of 78-68. Pacific is making a case to be an elite team in the West Coast Conference this season. Its only loss is against Oregon, an almost sure fire NCAA tournament team that will likely receive a high-seed. In that matchup, the Tigers dominated in the first half but faltered in the second half.

Pacific possesses a group of seniors that account for 84.2 percent of the Tigers point production and 85.5 percent of the Tigers rebounding production. Entrusting minutes to his seniors has proven to be a great strategy for Head Coach Ron Verlin.

Pacific’s only game is against a non-d1 opponent in Menlo College.
