Pacific opened up its season with a climatic victory over Nevada, in which senior point guard Andrew Bock drove and hit drilled a layup with a few seconds left on the clock.
“The Cardiac Cats” have done their work at the line this season. Pacific has hit 83.9% of its free throws this season, a percentage that is ranked 2nd in the nation. The Tigers ability to hit their free throws have allowed them to get over the hump in close games.
