Gonzaga won against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies by a score of 82 to 67 in ugly fashion.

The Bulldogs were led by Kevin Pangos, who put up 21 points on 6 of 14 shooting, which included 5 of 9 from the three-point arc. 3 other players scored in double-digits for the Bulldogs; Sam Dower (15), Bell (14), and Karnowski (12).

The Bulldogs were led on the glass by Przemek Karnowski, who had 6 rebounds. 4 out of the 6 were offensive. The Polish native was very active on the offensive glass, giving the Bulldogs multiple second chances throughout the game.

David Stockton and Kyle Dranginis were the Zags leading distributors tonight with 5 apiece. Dranginis projects to be a point forward who can come off the bench and fit into any lineup.

Oakland was led by Travis Bader, who improved his scoring average by putting up 22 points. The Golden Grizzlies got a contribution from reserve guard Mitch Baezinger who added 11 points on 4 of 5 shooting. Tommie McCune also had 17 in the loss.

Karnowski did some good things in this game, but was not overwhelmingly dominant. It is becoming apparent as the season progresses that Dower will be the feature post in the Gonzaga front-court.
