Since the addition of Brigham Young in the 2011-2012, the Green & Gold have found themselves in the middle of the pack. This year, Rex Walters and his squad look to improve. They bring back nine players and add a redshirt junior, Matt Glover, from Penn State. This will be the final season for graduating seniors Cody Doolin and Cole Dickerson. As Rex Walters mentioned on WCC Media Day last week, there is a sense of finality for these two young men’s college careers. They have stepped up and become additional coaches during practice and leaders on the court. They want a championship badly, and the entire team shares that same goal. If any of the top teams slip and fall in the standings, don’t be surprised to see USF move up.
