West Coast Convo WCC Preseason Poll

Key Loses: Matthew Dellavedova, Mitchell Young
Key Returners: Stephen Holt, Beau Levesque, Brad Waldow, Jordan Guisti
Key Additions: Garrett Jackson, Dane Pineau, Calvin Hermanson
The Saint Mary’s Gaels were selected to finish third for the third consecutive season in the WCC preseason poll. They will be led by a balanced attack of guards and five seniors starting with point guard Stephen Holt and shooting guard James Walker who will hold down the backcourt. Down low, Brad Waldow and Beau Levesque will be a force even though they are a bit undersized for a 4-5 combo. The Gaels will look to prove the coaches poll wrong again as they will be a force in the WCC despite losing Matthew Dellavedova. A newcomer that will make an impact right away includes USC transfer Garrett Jackson, who is expected to start at small forward.
