The Broncos arguably got the hardest first round matchup in the UNLV Rebels, who are also the host team. Anthony Bennett, the number one pick in the 2013 NBA draft, has departed, along with Katin Reinhardt (transfer to USC), Mike Moser (transfer to Oregon), and Anthony Marshall (graduation). Guard Bryce Dejean-Jones and forward Khem Birch will be looked upon as the replacements for their production. Freshmen Christian Wood, Kendall Smith, and Jamal Aytes will contribute as well.
