Breaking Down Gonzaga’s Non-Conference Schedule

If it weren’t for Kevin Pangos’ late game heroics last season, the Bulldogs would have suffered a loss to their intrastate rivals. The Cougars will look to give the Zags another scare this season, and close out the game this time. This season the game will be played in the Kennel, giving the Cougars a disadvantage from the get-go.
The Cougars will be improved this season, even though they lost Brock Motum to graduation. Royce Woolridge, Devonte Lacy, Dexter Kernich-Drew, and D.J. Shelton have all returned, and the Cougs will be helped significantly by the addition of Que Johnson, who did not qualify academically last season with the NCAA.
