Maryland or Marist – Ezbons Virgin Islands Paradise Jam Quarterfinal/Loser’s Bracket Game

Saturday, November 23rd. Virgin Islands.

Last Season (Maryland): 25-13 (8-10 ACC). NIT Semifinal.

Last Season (Marist): 10-21 (6-12 Metro Atlantic)

The outcome of the Lions’ matchup against Northern Iowa will in-part dictate who they play in this game. Maryland is a very good high-major team, and should take care of a low-major like Marist handily. The Terrapins would be an extremely tough matchup, even though they lost a bona fide star in Alex Len. Marist is returning two of its top three scorers, and should see some improvements next season. Nonetheless, the Red Foxes should be no match for Maryland.
