Breaking Down LMU’s Non-Conference Schedule

10 of 13

Friday, December 6th. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Last Season: 24-9 (12-6 Big East). NCAA Tournament First Round.

Pittsburgh was successful last season and will provide yet another test for the LMU Lions. Although leading scorer Trey Woodall is gone, along with first-round draft pick Stephen Adams, the Panthers could still be lethal. Lamar Patterson and Talib Zanna will produce from the post position, and Stephen Adams will hardly be missed. LMU could take advantage of Pitt’s uncertainty at the guard position by utilizing its two talented guards, Ayodeji Egbeyemi and Anthony Ireland.
