Great Alaska Shootout, championship or consolation game – Indiana State, Alaska-Anchorage, TCU, or Tulsa

Saturday, November 30th. Anchorage, Alaska.

Last Season – Indiana State: 18-15 (9-9 Missouri Valley). NIT First Round.

Last Season – Alaska Anchorage: 18-9 (11-7 GNAC).

Last Season – TCU: 11-21 (2-14 Big 12).

Last Season – Tulsa: 17-16 (9-9 C-USA). CBI First Round.

There are four teams that the Waves could play on the last day of the Great Alaska Shootout, and each is a tough opponent in its own way. Indiana State was competitive last season in the Missouri Valley, and returns its two leading scorers, Jake Odum and former Gonzaga Bulldog Manny Arop. Alaska-Anchorage is the host team of the tournament, and can surprise some teams in front of its home crowd, despite being a division-II school. TCU is a bottom feeder in the Big 12, but has some high-major talent, and Tulsa is returning a trio of double-digit scorers.
