Great Alaska Shootout, second round or loser’s bracket game – Harvard or Denver
Friday, November 29th. Anchorage, Alaska.
Last Season – Denver: 22-10 (16-2 WAC). NIT Second Round.
Last Season – Harvard: 20-10 (11-3 Ivy). NCAA Second Round.
If the Waves take care of business against Green Bay, they will play the winner of the Denver vs. Harvard matchup. If they don’t, they will play the loser of the aforementioned game. Either team would be a formidable foe, and could give the Waves a lot of trouble. Harvard is returning its leading scorer in Wesley Saunders (16.2 PPG), and so is Denver with Chris Udofia (13.3 PPG).
