Last Season: 14-18 (3-5 Great West).
This will be the Waves’ last game in sunny Malibu, California, before travelling to the frozen tundra of Alaska for the Great Alaska Shootout. The Wolverines are joining the WAC this season, and are hoping the transition will go smoothly. They will need to lean on Ben Aird, who led them in scoring last season (15.1 PPG). Aird also was the best rebounder for the Wolverines last season (9.0 RPG). If the Waves can slow down Aird, they will have an easier time defeating Utah Valley on November 23rd.
