No. 1- Brad Waldow (Saint Mary’s)

By Simon Tryzna

For the last two years, Brad Waldow has been the primary benifactor of a Matthew Dellavedova assist. With Dellavedova gone, Waldow will have to be at the top of his game, if not better, to merit being the number one center of the WCC. However, if anyone is capable of raising their game – it’s Waldow. He showed his toughness in last years WCC semi-final game vs USD after getting his tooth knocked out. And, with Holt running the point, he should still get good looks off of the pick and roll. However, for the next two years, Waldow will need to become a significant post presence and emerge as a leader as well.
