All of the players featured below played their fifth and final summer league game yesterday. Read below to see how they did.
Brandon Davies
Davies got his first start of the summer league season and he did wonders with it. The former BYU standout scored 14 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in the Clippers 91-80 loss to the New York Knicks. This is the kind of performance that one would expect out of Davies, based on the great production he put out at BYU.
Lorne Jackson
Jackson and the Washington Wizards defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 78-77 in their consolation round game. Jackson recorded 1 assist and 1 turnover in 2 minutes of action.
Luke Sikma
Sikma played in 12 minutes of action in the Timberwolves 72-66 win over the Portland Trailblazers. Although he had 0 points, he managed to grab 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 steal.
Mychel Thompson
Thompson had 6 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist in the Timberwolves victory over the Trailblazers. Thompson shot particularly well in this contest, going 3-4 from the field.
