Four West Coast Conference players: Kelly Olynyk, Matthew Dellavedova, Brandon Davies, and Elias Harris are all listed on the Draft Express Top 100 Prospects list. These rankings were updated momentarily after the NBA combine, which took place May 16th-17th in Chicago.

Kelly Olynyk is the first WCC player off the board in the latest installment, at 14th. He showed some good things, and some troubling things at the NBA draft combine. He shot extremely well in Chicago, as well as showing his natural ability around rim. However, he showed some concerns, such as his 29.5 max vertical leap, and a wingspan of only 6’9.75″. He is expected to be a late lottery pick, so this ranking seems right.

Brandon Davies is slotted at 63, which was mean he would come 3 spots short of being drafted. Davies is one of the players whose stock is rising the most in the last month or so, and this ranking is an indication of that. In the middle of the season he was rarely considered as a candidate for being drafted, but now it looks like it is a strong possibility that Davies could sneak in the bottom half of the second round.

Matthew Dellavedova comes in at 81, which is a little disappointing. Despite having a productive career at Saint Mary’s, draft experts write off the Australian point guard time and time again. Dellavedova has a chance to be a draft day surprise, and get picked by a team in the late second round. It would be a travesty if he didn’t at least get a shot in the NBA, based on his illustrious career.

Elias Harris comes in at 93, and his drop continues. Harris was once considered a sure-fire first round pick, and now there is a very good chance that he will not be drafted. It will be hard for Harris to improve his stock in the next few months.
